Goals: 1. 180/185 pounds or size 12/14 (whichever comes first) 2. Tone and shape my legs, thighs and arms
Personal Motivators: • I will be able to wear my size 12 dresses for the Black & White Affair Dec 06 and on the cruise in 2007. • I will have maintained control in what I eat and my exercise. • I will reach my size 12/14 with all my 16's too big. • I will continue to shop at any store. • I will be able to wear my swimsuit with no skirt no wrap.
• My thunder thighs will be gone. • Self sabotage will be a thing of the past.

I always get inspired to keep trying to lose the buldge every time I leave your site.

Feeling a little down this week and my exercise has suffered. My eating has been on track for the most. It's hard not reaching for food for comfort, but I am doing better than I ever have. Pretty much staying as far away from the kitchen as possible.
I'm not in the mood to post, but I here out of accountability. I promised myself I would post each week unless I am away from a computer. Just as I weigh everyday whether I want to or not and I had some days this week where I did not want to weigh. I found myself asking "what will it hurt if I ignore my weight for one day?" Like I said before I have pictures that remind me what happens when I give in to "what ifs". 
Weigh in 189 down 4 of the extra pounds - which is pretty good considering my week.
Exercise - After doing so well during vacation, I have fallen off the exercise wagon. We spent over 5 hours at Wild River Country on Sunday and I gave myself half that time for exercise minutes. If I get back in gear I can still make the 1000 minutes. I logged every those days as no exercise because technically they are not "free" days. Those are days I set aside for rest. I just could not make myself exercise. I must tonight.
